Really interesting flavors in a soundscapes of this album. An album that doesn't wear out by listening. You always find interesting new details in a rich texture of instruments. I have never been a big fan of sax but this album may change my opinions. Really surprising mix of traditional blue grass instruments but yet really exotic atmospheres. Definitely worth of listening. At times, this is one of the most eerie psychedelic albums I have ever heard, and I love it. This baby just covers you in blankets of atmosphere, track after track, while you lose yourself in it.
My favorite thing about good psych tunes isn't just how fun and trippy things sound when you're actually tripping, it's how they can stimulate the mind visually. This record is immediately evocative, and sets my imagination off like wildfire. justaneden
